I've struggled my whole life with gut issues. From a young age, I had painful bloat & constipation; with no answers given besides to take laxatives. Cue high-school, I was put on birth control for my bad periods (horrible cramping, heavy flow). I was on that for more than a decade & during that time I became sicker... my bloating got worse, laxatives stopped working, hemorrhoids, I began to get hives from stress & I had brittle nails. Because of it I felt lost, misunderstood, and hopeless. ​ Luckily, while getting my doctorate, I learned about our digestive system, how our body works as a whole and not one part and how the mind-body are connected. A light-bulb went off & I began to work on myself in the most holistic way possible. I began to work WITH my body, rather than against it. I am now here to share this with you!
